With the release of Gen 9 Indigo Disk DLC, the newest pokemon, Hydrapple has been ridiculously powerful to start off in Gen 9. Despite its weak grass and dragon typing, this Pokemon has been surprisingly good within the competitive scene, being ranked in high viability. A: Click the settings button and you can change the sprite display
Q: Why is the gameplay have the opponent being dumb?
A: Well surprise its me playing as the opponent as well and having Pokemon faint every 5 seconds isn't as fun as seeing the Pokemon do something in the battle for some time, which is why the gameplay seems like the opponent is braindead. Although I have taken some feedback and have tried to make it more interesting as possible without making the Pokemon faint every 5 seconds for hopefully better entertainment.
