Since the start of generation 9, tera has always been one of the most controversial mechanics in singles play amongst pokemon players. While it brings a lot of more in depth game strategy, there are also considerable downsides when you look at some of the bans on the OU tier, not to mention its latest abuser in Kingambit. Q: Why is the gameplay have the opponent being dumb?
A: Well surprise its me playing as the opponent as well and having Pokemon faint every 5 seconds isn't as fun as seeing the Pokemon do something in the battle for some time, which is why the gameplay seems like the opponent is braindead. Although I have taken some feedback and have tried to make it more interesting as possible without making the Pokemon faint every 5 seconds for hopefully better entertainment.
