How I deal with multiplayer/online/social gaming anxiety (011)
464I have alot of trouble playing with complete strangers online. I have no trouble playing with my friend but when it comes to people i've only spoken to via social media (typing) or anyone i've encountered for the first time, i get massive bouts of anxiety and can't seem to play anything.
But i have devised my own method of overcoming that horrid anxiety by taking small steps in the form of playing online either anonymously or not communicating which is helping and in time, i can play good old fashioned team deathmatches and the like with strangers and care not.
The suggestions mentioned are my own thoughts and how i cope. Choose to take notes from it or not but this helps me and if it helps anyone else then that's a huge bonus.
