Playing VAMPYR in 2020 and defeating the Sewer Beast. Before this fight I fought the Sewer Beast and lost 3-4 times. I, then went to the hospital/hideout and upgraded my damage bite and heal bite as much as I can. I balanced both of the abilities and When it was time to fight the beast, I kept my distance and watched my stamina when using abilities. lower the beast stun bar before fully attacking, so when you are in danger and in need for regenerating it will be easy to get that with one hit. Make sure you are attacking at the right time. hopefully this helped you out if you are stuck.
