How I fixed FPS Lag for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim SPecial Edition (PC)

Today just sharing with how greatly improved my skyrim Special edition performance. having a 1070 i knew this 4 year old game shouldn't be lagging. so i looked into some stuff. found running the game in windows mode pretty much fixed everything for me. btw
the video might not recorded the best but it looked ultra smooth on my monitor :)
