So I had a major FPS drop issue which I made a video about. You can check it here to see if you are facing the same. Basically, the game will run smooth for 10 - 15 minutes or maybe 5 - 10, completely random, for 150+ FPS, then all of a sudden there will be a FPS drop down to 5 FPS, which would lost for a while before it would fix itself and back to normal and only to wait for it to happen again.

I kept looking for fixes and thought Delta Force messed something up in their updates but nope, it turned out to be a manual mouse acceleration off thingy I had added in the input.ini after watching some video on how to fix mouse acceleration in the game.

Edit: this only fixed it temporarily. Maybe the 120 fps cap along with 120hz cap actually did. But the issue returned after a couple of games and is still persisting.
On another note, when I reduce my screen's refresh rat to 100 - 120 and cap the frames to 100, it seems to remove the issue. Not a great solution as I would prefer playing on full 180hz refresh rate but have to wait till Delta Force optimize this better.
