In this video I discuss the methods by which I adapted to my autism spectrum disorder and the comorbid symptomology that comes with it years before I was diagnosed. I also discuss my current view that some of these adaptations, like forcing myself to make eye contact, aren't actually beneficial, and in actuality, may interfere with my ability to interact with others.
