Food challenges might sound and look like a lot of fun, but as you have seen before with the Taco Bell and McDonald's challenges, it is a lot easier said than done. And I know what many of you have been thinking in regards to this: how am I able to prepare for these challenges and not get fatter after shoving a large amount of food into my system? Well, for this video, I will explain to you how I am able to prepare for a massive food challenge like the ones I've done on my channel along with how I'm able to keep that weight off afterwards.
