20Pebble was nearly bankrupt last episode. Now? We're thriving — pulling in nearly $1 million per month. In this episode, I take a real-world project management approach to build the foundation of a smarter, more connected city.
We start by overhauling our traffic infrastructure, rebuilding the main city entrance from scratch with cloverleaf interchanges, roundabouts, and one-way roads to reduce congestion. From there, we expand the west side with new walkable districts, parks, and a suburban-style mixed-use neighborhood near a brand-new high school.
But the biggest change? Education. We break ground on Pebble’s first college district — complete with student housing, faculty offices, and commercial space. With new policies in place to boost demand for higher education, we're not just building roads and zones — we’re building long-term systems that make our city smarter and more livable.
