Nitrado are telling owners of their DayZ Private Custom Servers to rename their mission folders and then restart their servers, but I was worried that this could be the same as a fresh install (which I don't want) so I've tried an alternative method.
I've simply returned my XML files to vanilla / default using the general settings option, and it seems to have worked OK.
