Last year, November 2019,
Lawrence Mikecrosoft99x Williams decided to put down the video games for a bit and focus on his health. I was sitting on 370 pounds of fat 💀
And decided to walk every morning and jump rope 5-6 days a week. It wasn’t easy at all. I cried like a baby a lot. Imagine a grown man crying almost everyday for months. 😂

I never gave up on myself. My attitude and mindset was “do it, and if I fail or get hurt, then I’ll recover and do it again and again and again until I finally reach my goal” 😒

The month now is October and I’m currently at 273 pounds. I feel 💯x better than I’ve ever felt in my life before.

I have a lot of young family, cousins, a niece, friends and social media subscribers/followers who all look up to me. I’m trying my best to set a good example for them all to stay in shape and not allow themselves to go through what I went through with obesity and all the problems that comes with it.

Things I’ve learned:

1. Learn to walk before you run 🏃
2. Repetition is key 🔑
3. Recovery & sleep 💤 is very important ‼️
4. Water 💦 is very important❗️
5. Don’t compare yourself to others!!! Go at your own steady pace and slowly build yourself up.
6. Always stretch and warm up before working out✅✅✅✅

That’s all I have for now. All of this stuff is still new to me and I’m learning a lot of things about my body as time goes on.
