How Mang0 Beat His Demons to Conquer Melee
Everyone knows Mang0 is one of the gods of Super Smash Bros. Melee.
But the last few years haven't been kind to the man once considered the GOAT. After years of Armada and Hungrybox trading dominance of Melee, an up and down 2019 and a 2020 that saw nothing but online tournaments, it felt like Mang0's time at the top was slowly coming to an end.
Smash Summit 11, the first in-person tournament in over a year seemed like Mang0's last chance to prove he's still the GOAT. Mang0 was facing many challenges: a slew of young up-and-comers, his own self-doubt, and a memory of a devastating grand finals loss at last year's online Smash Summit 10.
Luckily for Mang0 fans, he was about to go on one of the sickest tournament runs of his career - and prove, once and for all, that he really is the Melee GOAT.
