Why are your muscle calories all wrong? Because you're never going to be able to eat the same thing every single day! It's not realistic and, really, it's not good for your brain either. Don't get caught up with these diets that say you MUST eat a specific amount EVERY DAY otherwise you're screwed. Some days you'll have more. Some days you'll have less. Just figure out what your maintenance, surplus and deficit numbers are and unjust to suit as best you can. FIND A DIET YOU CAN DO FOR LIFE!!
