The Squat Jump Challenge! How many squat jumps can you do in 20 seconds? Can you beat the professionals and the Gym Stars?
This exercise is a dynamic power move that should only be done after a thorough warm up.
1. Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, and knees slightly bent.
2. Bend your knees and descend to a squat.
3. Engage through the quads, glutes, and hamstrings and propel the body off the floor, extending the legs.
4. Land with your feet and descend into the squat again for another jump!
