THE RULES ARE SIMPLE. (nico references are real right now)
1. To count a level as completed, the 2nd Mario must touch the star.
(the 2nd Mario cannot use power-ups and doesn't have a camera of it's own)
2. Required Launch Stars = Impossible. The 2nd Mario cannot move after using one.
3. I can use a 100% save file since I am collecting every star and don't want to waste too much time.
