We all make mistakes, it's okay and it's a big part of learning and growing. But this mistakes sucks SOOO much. We wanna try to avoid it :D I know because I made it several times, I'm talking about over scoping and feature creeping. It's the thing where you keep adding to your game and don't cut anything making the scope of it way way too big. Don't worry I got the solutions in this video ;)
