Right... Let's all take a *mild* chill pill about this virus. It is a serious situation, yes, but not apocalyptic. Here's my hot-ish take as to why that is.
TL;DR: Wash your hands. Every time you come home, every time you leave. Ethanol-based sanitizers may actually have an effect (normally ineffective against viruses, but this one's a bit special like that), but washing your hands is likely the best way to keep yourself and your immediate surroundings safe. Breath masks may be better employed in keeping your own infection to yourself rather than as a protection against other people's infections, but let's all just stay safe out there.
