The Ministry of Defence (MOD) says Sandhurst is paving the way for culture change across the British Army after facing allegations of a toxic culture.

The international reputation of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst (RMAS) was tarnished after the death of Officer Cadet Olivia Perks in 2019, and the damning service inquiry report which followed.

Four years later, new policies and practices are in place and Sandhurst has thrown open its doors to try to show it is changing and creating a more inclusive place for women to work.
