How The Forest TERRORIZES you
2,463The Forest is a survival horror game that REALLY puts the emphasis on emotionally torturing its players. Grab a spare pair of pants, because the atmosphere this game creates is the definition of true fear.
There aren't any cheap jumpscares in this game, which is a good thing, as they only startle, not scare. The feeling that you're being watched by cannibals who are intelligent and capable of rational decision making is what makes you terrified throughout your playthrough.
I am very biased, so feel free to choose to disagree.
