Microsoft got rid of the Xbox Console Companion app which used to make it really easy to access Xbox captures on a Windows PC. The Xbox PC app seemingly doesn't have the ability to view captures at all while the Xbox Mobile app can. This is an alternative way to view Xbox captures on a PC using a free 5GB Microsoft OneDrive account and a Windows PC.
