How To Achieve Ideal Tongue Posture (Small Audio Spike at 5:08, Sorry)
1. Make the tongue as compact as possible.
2. Squeeze it up against the roof of the mouth and try to avoid touching your teeth. Try to feel the pressure in all directions against your jaw as your tongue fills every little nook on the roof of your mouth, like you're inflating a balloon against it.
3. Block off your airway slightly by raising the area under your chin by lifting your tongue, but only go as hard as necessary to feel it blocked off and not so hard that you can't breath comfortably.
4. Only apply enough pressure to lightly feel the pressure in your face, don't go so hard that you tire yourself out, because the goal is to learn to hold the tongue up for as long as possible rather than just to push hard with it for short periods of time.
That's pretty much it, but feel free to ask me questions. Cheers.
