Absolutely no hate towards SimplySara/Wanda(?), I just wanted to try out the recipe and in my first video, I made it wrong so there you go. I wanted to give this recipe a fair chance this time.

And here is the full recipe for you guys (Please don't cook it for the love of god) I quartered it for a GOOD reason...

Ingredients:
(1 gram = 1 milliliter)

1 can of sweetened condensed milk = 306 ml/4= 76.5 ml
1 cup of white sugar = 198 gr/4= 49.5 gr
1 cup of white vinegar = 238 ml/4= 59.5 gr
1 16 oz. pint of real mayonnaise = 460 gr/4= 115 gr
1 pound of cooked and drained macaroni = 454 gr/4= 113.5 gr
1 large, green bell pepper, deseeded and diced/4= 1/4 green pepper
3 stalks of celery, diced/4= 0.75 stalk
1 large white onion, diced/4= 1/4 white onion
2 cups shredded carrots = about 4 carrots, shredded/4= 1 carrot
salt and pepper to taste

1. Take a big bowl. Add sweetened condensed milk, sugar, vinegar, and mayonnaise. Whisk until smooth.

2. Add the (still hot) cooked and drained macaroni, mix slightly.

3. Add the diced green bell pepper, celery, onion, and carrots. Add salt and/or pepper to taste.

4. Combine everything well together and allow it to cool.

6. Enjoy (?)
