Google Authenticator is a security app based on two-factor authentication that helps to verify user's identities before granting them access to the proposed website or service.
Here are some instructions to be followed:
1. Go to binance.com and sign in to your account
2. Go to the Profile icon to the top right of the Binance homepage
3. Click Security and find the google authenticator option under Two-factor Authentication (2FA) and click Enable button at the right
4. Download and install the google authenticator app on your mobile device whether it's iPhone or Android.
5. Click Next, and Scan the QR code from your google authenticator app on your mobile
6. Keys will be displayed (save it in your notebook or phone that will allow you to recover google authenticator in case of phone loss), Click Next
7. Click Get Code under phone verification code, and Enter verification code (which you will receive on your mobile as soon you click Get code)
8. Next, Click Get code under Email verification code, (code will be sent to your email inbox), Enter email verification code. And enter the google verification code received from the google authenticator app
9. Click Next and you have successfully enabled google authenticator with your Binance account and click on Back to Security, now you are all set.
