In this Gimp Tutorial I will be showing you how to add a blur effect to your pictures. Adding a blur to your images or pictures can be very useful for disguising or blurring out parts of the picture that you do not want people to see and also keep the main part of your picture in more focus. In the above tutorial I will be showing you how to do this using a basic image using Gimp 2.10 on my Windows 10 PC.
