Some notes if you're trying to use Steam In-Home Streaming to stream your emulator shortcuts to another PC or to your Steam Link and want your controllers to work:

* Don't use .lnk or .bat files or the Steam overlay won't show up. The target of your shortcuts need to be the .exe files themselves...Dolphin.exe, pcsx2.exe, etc.

* in Dolphin, turn on the "Render to Main Window" option

* in PCSX2, use the --nogui command line switch and turn off the Console/Debug Window.
