In this tutorial we will show you how to easily make / add / create a sun rays effect (FX) in Adobe Photoshop CC 2017, this is a very simple to follow tutorial, in this tutorial we will import a photo / image into Photoshop and then add another image with a ray mask, then tweak and make some adjustment in order to make a realistic sun rays effect.
