Steps:
The first thing we need to do is get the URL of your Threads profile, to do that open the Threads app and head over to your profile page.
On your profile page, tap ‘share profile, and then select ‘copy URL’.
Your profile link will now be copied to your clipboard. After that, tap the Instagram icon at the top of Threads to open Instagram.
On Instagram, tap your profile icon from the bottom right.
Tap ‘edit profile’.
Select ‘add link’ from the menu, and then select ‘ add external link’.
Paste your copied Threads link into the URL field, and then give it a name in the Title field. Tap the tick at the top right to confirm it.
Now if you go to your Instagram profile your Threads account will be linked.
