Steps:
Swipe from left to right on the watches homescreen.
Scroll down the options unil you get to ‘timer’ and tap it to open it.
Here you have a list of preset timers that you can tap to set.
Tap ‘custom’ to set a custom time.
Set the time that you would like and then tap ‘start’ to start your timer.
You can pause your timer here as well as turn it off.
You can see that you have a timer set on the homescreen of the watch.
When your timer goes off the watch will vibrate.
Tap ‘off’ to stop the vibration.
