Follow the steps below to adjust page border margin in Microsoft Word:
1. Open a Word doc in MS Word.
2. Select the Design tab in the top menu.
3. Under Design select Page Borders.
4. Select options.
5. Select the dropdown labeled Measure From and select Text.
