Squad has by far been the most realistic Milsim out there. It is detailed, realistic and focuses mostly on strategical logistics and team work. Yes, the game limits the arsenal for now but it is truly an amazing experience.
It is a blend of Arma and Battlefield focusing mainly on team work. The goal of each team is to bleed the other teams tickets like in Battlefield but with the realism of Arma.
There's different modes of gameplay like Invasion and Advance & Secure. Invasion is where one team is defending and the other is attacking and the other mode is basically both teams starting at their main bases and securing and advancing until you deplete the oppositions tickets.
If you want to get really into the captivating environment of this game then a good headphone is a must as communication is the key to victory.
