1. If you are in a test of strength shrine with water, you can use Cryonis to raise a wall in front of you when the Guardian rushes you
2. The Guardian will run into the wall and get shocked
3. The Guardian's arm, will tell you which type of attack they are doing
4. If it's the spear, they will spin the spear before attacking, you can dodge to the side
5. If it's the sword it will be an attack you can dodge with a backflip
6. Flurry rush and smash that Y button (and like button)
