How to beat Grym, Eternal Protector of the Forge in Grymforge - Baldur's Gate 3

Note that when Superheated, Grym is Resistant to Cold and Thunder (damage is halved; he's Immune when not Superheated, and to all other elemental damage, except Force which he's always Resistant to).
He is Resistant to both Slashing and Piercing, and outright Immune to Bludgeoning when not Superheated.
When Superheated he is Vulnerable (takes double damage) to #Bludgeoning (!) and even while not Superheated will still take Slashing, Piercing and Force (damage halved because of Resistance). Anything that removes Resistance to each (such as Adamantine) will make Slashing, Piercing and Force as dangerous to him whether he's Superheated or not.
The Heat Metal spell will also apply the Superheated condition to Grym without needing him to be in the lava (!). The Command: Approach spell can be used to get him where you need him to be (including on the Forge center for hammering).
Note also that all of Grym's direct attacks are Bludgeoning, so if you can bump your resistance to that specific attack type he'll be less dangerous.
