The Githyanki Patrol fight is more difficult than before Patch 5 and we all need as much help as we can get. To beat the Githyanki Patrol requires a bit of thought and probably some form of cheese.

Each of the members of the Githyanki Patrol now has an increased amount of HP and can get multiple, hard hitting attacks off very quickly. Starting the encounter from the top of the bridge is a good place to start and flaming sphere came to my rescue.
