Hello, apologies for having no guide here, I was busy.
Anyway here's how to beat the Professor Evil Challenge in Bloons TD Battles:

1. Get up a 2-3 ice tower, a 4-2 ice tower, a 2-4 spike factory and 2 0-0 spike factory.

2. After about 37 seconds in game, use the spike storm ability.

3. Use another 2 spike storms with white hot spikes.

4. At around 1 minute 10 seconds in, use a tower boost.

5. At around 2 minutes in, use the spike storm.

6. Buy a 2-3 spike factory.

7. Enjoy your free 1000 medallions.

This challenge took a while to figure out, at least 20 attempts. Anyway, I hope you found it helpful!
