If your having trouble beating High Seraph Ultima in Final Fantasy 6 T-Edition, here are the steps I recommended.

Step 1. Do over 32000 damage in one turn, preferably with physical damage. I accomplish this by having a High Level Sabin equip an Offering (Master Scroll) and a souped up Genji Glove, but a regular one works just fine.

Step 2. Cast Haste on your DPS.

Step 3. Also cast Berserk on your DPS. Steps 2 & 3 can be combined if you have the Gem Box (Soul of Thamasa)

Step 4. Grab your favorite snack and watch the carnage!

This works because of how Ultima was structured in this fight. Ultima has 32,000 damage per form, so if you kill one, technically a new Ultima replaces them, the transitions just happen to be seemless, so it's not immediately obvious. So their turn order is reset every death, which means if you outpace Ultima they are effectively stunlocked
