0The first-person shooter game Call of Duty: Vanguard was created by Sledgehammer Games and released by Activision in 2021. On November 5, it became available on Windows, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5.[5] It is the eighteenth game in the whole Call of Duty series. The plot of Vanguard revolves around the creation of special forces to combat a new threat near the end of World War II in different theaters.
Critics gave the game mixed reviews, praising its graphics, campaign, and multiplayer for their entertainment value while criticizing its writing, zombies mode, and lack of originality. Activision's sales targets in Libya, Egypt, France, and Russia were not met.
