Nidhoggr (Lvl 51) + Onmoraki = Baphomet (Null Light)
Baphomet (Lvl 33) + Pixie = Neko Shogun (Dark Boost, Null Light)
Thanatos (Lvl 79) + Nekomata = Ganga (Maeigaon, Dark Amp)
Ganga + Pixie = Zorro (Maeigaon, Dark Amp)
Zorro + Jack Frost = Jack-o'-Lantern (Maeigaon, Dark Amp)

Milady:
Bishamonten + Unicorn = Milady (Vile Assault/Primal Force, Pierce Boost, Pierce Amp, Crit Rate Amp)

Cendrillon:
Siegfried (Lvl 59) + Archangel (Lvl 13) = Cendrillon (Brave Blade, Apt Pupil, Slash Amp, Crit Rate Amp)

Cu Chulainn:
Girimehkala + Shiisa = Orobas (Marakunda)
Orobas (Lvl 42) + Archangel = Thoth (Marakunda, Resist Ice)
Yatagarasu + Thoth (Lvl 44) = Cu Chu (Concentrate, Marakunda, Resist Ice)
Basically anyone can be a support, this is just the one I used

Trumpeter:
Cu Chulainn + Kaiwan, pass any skills you want
Trumpeter needs Lvl 63 to learn Debilitate

Hecatoncheries (Auto Starter Persona):
This likely isn't the "best" starter, just the one I used. If using DLC Personas, you could also use Auto-Mataru instead of Auto-Tarukaja at this stage from Seiten Taisei. Also this can be anyone
Zouchouten (Lvl 15) + Chimera = Ara Mitama (Auto-Tarukaja)
Ara Mitama + Nekomata = Lilim (Auto-Tarukaja)
Lilim + Pisaca = Eligor (Auto-Tarukaja)
Eligor + Siegfried (Lvl 55) = Hecatoncheries (Auto Taru/Masuku/Rebellion)
I added Invigorate 2/3 eventually from Antique Store skill cards

Hariti (Healer):
Sandman (Lvl 24) + Orthrus = Sati (Resist Elec)
Used this Sati to make Parvati, and levelled them to 52 for Divine Grace.
Cu Chulainn + Parvati = Hariti (Fast Heal, Growth 2, Divine Grace, Resist Elec)

Bishamonten:
Ose + Mot = Atropos (MT Boost)
King Frost (Level 38, Null Ice) + Archangel (Apt Pupil, Lvl 13) = Orthrus
Orthrus + Nebiros = Okuninushi (Null Ice, Apt Pupil)
Atropos + Okuninushi = Bishamonten (MT Boost, Null Ice, Apt Pupil)

Shiva:
Bishamonten + Kurama Tengu = Barong (Pierce Boost, Pierce Amp, CR Amp, Null Ice)
Barong + Rangda = Shiva
