Hey all! Love this game but it has moments like these occasionally. There were maybe 3 terrormorphs in the spaceport. Killed them but there was one quest marker left up in the sky. I thought I was stuck would have needed to reload a much earlier save, but was fortunate to find this work around. Hope this helps!

P.S. Maybe its a rumor but from miscellaneous sources, what I gathered is its possible that visiting one of the terrormorph planets (likely Tau Ceti II in this case) early on in your game causes the strange quest behavior here. There's another bug with my New Atlantis spaceport map, that bug is likely unrelated; I've reached out to Bethesda and they said to reload an earlier save and had no interest in addressing the terrain bug.
