This is a short tutorial for how to create a simple iron / aluminum extractor farm.

Step 1:
Fly to New Atlantis, Commercial District, UC Surplus store. Purchase:
(12) Aluminum
(3) Beryllium
(3) Copper
(5) Iron
(2) Tungsten

Step 2:
Fly to Bessel III-b and locate the iron and aluminum boundaries which are closest together. The exact location shown here isn't so important, but you need to make sure you have easy access to the biome boundaries. Turning down mouse sensitivity helps make this pixel perfect.

Step 3:
Land and head towards biome boundary. Open the scanner, use the outpost option, and keep the outpost placement open til you find the place where aluminum and iron overlap.

Step 4:
Place aluminum and iron extractors on the aluminum and iron resource regions. Place solar panels for power. Place industrial workbench.

Step 5:
Craft adaptive frames with the industrial work bench for unlimited experience. Sell those parts for credits, and you'll have an unlimited supply of them!

Also -- note that 1 local hour = 57 hours and 47 minutes UT. This means the extractors will work almost 60x faster than they would otherwise, which makes this THE best adaptive frame farm possible. There are other spots with more resources, but this is as simple as you can get!
