I used to record HDMI video from my PS3 by converting the video from HDMI to DVI and then back to HDMI using a special cable and a monoprice DVI-HDMI box. Minimal latency solution but it was bulky and you needed to handle audio separately. This HDMI splitter does it for you with no lag and no degradation of signal.
