Steps
1- Head to the top of nugget bridge
2- Do the Trainer fly glitch on the trainer hiding in the grass by the water.
3- Head to the Cerulean Gym and battle the trainer in the water
4- After the battle head back to the trainer that you did the trainer fly glitch next to the nugget bridge and the pause menu is pop up.
5- Close the pause menu and the battle will start with the first Mew.
