So you're a new player and just started playing Bleeding Edge - and you've finally completed the introductory quest which rewards you The Knife. You go to the workshop, but somehow can't figure out how to claim The Knife reward. Well, it's because The Knife isn't a weapon, but rather a Hoverboard. Go to the boards menu to switch your board and customize it to your heart's content (assuming you have enough currency lol). Note that some characters (e.g. Maeve, Zero Cool) don't equip boards.
