Now Update your Telegram , if you have not updated it by getting to play store App.

Step 1 : Tap on Three 3icon at the top left . Step 2 : Tap on settings .
Step 3 : Tap on Chat Settings
and then tap on, Chat Background
Step 4 : Now You can Select from Gallery set a color or you can select from Background by tapping on it .
Step 5 : After opening , Tap on ' Set background ' button at the bottom .
