In this video, I show you how to change the custom map difficulty setting for any single player custom maps in Aliens vs. Predator 2.


Unfortunately, it is not an obvious setting somewhere in the options menu.


As seen in the video, you'll need to launch the game by setting this cvar, CustomDifficulty to any of the following:
0 for easy
1 for normal (Medium)
2 for hard
3 for hardcore (insane)


This only works when you load maps on the custom levels menu. This setting doesn't apply to anything else.
