Step One: Go into Netflix and hit "Settings" in the top left corner. Then select "Subtitles/Closed Captions." Select whichever subtitle type you would like to edit from the drop-down menu, then click "Manage Subtitle Appearance."
Step Two: Scroll down until you find a setting that says "Font Family," then choose one of these fonts: Arial, Georgia, Sans Serif, or Lucida Grande. It doesn't really matter which font you choose because they're all pretty similar in terms of design and readability; just pick whichever font style looks best for you.
