How to Change Region on the gportal website
5Gportal have different systems. One for the region and EU and one for the US region. In the Video you can see which areas are divided and how. All those in the Left get a customer number in EU, all those on the right get a customer number in US.
If you create an account in the UK, for example, you automatically end up in the EU system and are assigned a number. If you change the region or language to, for example, US English, a new account is automatically created in the US area and is assigned a new US customer number that is different from the EU customer number. However, the specified mail and the set password remain the same. You can also return to the EU region at any time. The credit and the servers are also separate from each other. This means that if you have credit and servers in the EU, you cannot see them in the US, but they are by no means lost. If you switch back to the EU view, they are still there. It works the other way round in exactly the same way. If you have servers and credits in the US area, they are not visible in the EU area.
