so these inexpensive knives have a lot of names, and I did not know exactly what they are called, in Norway we call them tapetkniv, or wallpaper knives, but a quick search on Google revealed these names as well: Segmented blade, box cutter with disposable razor blade or "snap-off blade" utility knife
