In this quick video, I will show you how to change the default icon size on the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 smartphone.
Like any other brands, Xiaomi also allows users to personalize their respective devices according to their preferences.
With Xiaomi's personalized MIUI layer, customizing the default home screen and app screen elements can be done without any complications.
Aside from wallpapers and themes, brand personalization can also be done by changing the interface and appearance of the icons.
Depicted in this quick video is the process of customizing apps on the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 by changing their default sizes.

//STEPS
To get started, go to your Home screen and then tap the Settings icon.
Doing so will let you access the main settings menu, highlighting all the basic and advanced features.
Locate and then tap Home screen to continue.
The Home screen menu opens next. Here, you will see relevant settings and features you can use and manage.
Scroll down to the Home Screen Settings section. Then, tap Icon Size.
Another window opens, with a preview of the default icon size.
Beneath the preview is the slider for you to adjust the icon size. The default size is set to Medium.
To make the icons smaller, simply drag the slider to the left. You can make them small or extra small.
To make the icons bigger, drag the slider to the right. You can make the icons large or extra large.
Just look at the preview to figure out which icon size you'd like to use.
Once you're done adjusting the icon size, tap the Apply button beneath the display.
The recent changes will then be applied right away.
Should you wish to change the icon size again, just follow the same steps to get back to the icon size menu where you can drag the slider right or left.

And that’s how you change the default icon size on the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9.
