Since it's only use Lora, this trick will work on any GPU as long as it can use Stable Diffusion, even my own GTX 1660 Super able to use this trick.
This video will help you change body shape on text to image prompt, or even an existing image file that you could edit using inpainting.
You could change a body shape from no curve, sexy with curve, fat with too much curve. You can customize your preferred body proportions by adjusting the weights on your own. Low weight work well if you want a hourglass figure, High weight work well if you want a body that are chubby but curvy.
