How to clean and optimize your Steam account and drive

This program cleans leftover installers downloaded by Steam when you opt to install a game. On Windows this simply clutters the directory and wastes disk space. To check more than the default directory simply click 'Add dir' and select the additional installation directories and they will also be checked.

On Windows systems this will remove files such as DirectX, PhysX, XNA, and VisualC++ installers which are not required after the game is launched for the first time. Each game download its own versions of these files for installation and leaves the setup files on disk rather than remove them.
